Frighteningly good music:
Keb' Mo', Acoustic Alchemy
now on sale!
Keb' Mo' (2 shows) Acoustic Alchemy
Wednesday, May 7
6pm & 8:15pm
Friday, June 6

Great news: Tickets to two newly-added concerts in the intimate Carriage House Theatre are now on sale to the general public!

Three-time Grammy winner Keb’ Mo’, coming for two performances on Wednesday, May 7, has been making critically-acclaimed albums for nearly two decades. His genre-blending music, unique guitar style, and magnetic charisma have gained him a tremendously loyal fan base, and his latest album The Reflection further expands his musical expression.

A favorite at Montalvo for many years, Acoustic Alchemy returns on Friday, June 6. This renowned band embraces a spectrum of musical styles ranging from straight-ahead jazz to folk, rock, and beyond. This is truly smooth jazz at its finest - you won't want to miss it!

Need a reason to buy your Keb' Mo' and Acoustic Alchemy tickets early? How about this: Nearly all of our concerts through January are already sold out!

The only exception? Two of Richard Thompson's performances (On Friday, January 10, and Sunday, January 12). Act now to get the last of these tickets before they're gone - and if you want to see any of the other shows in our fabulous Carriage House Concert Series, don't delay!

"Savoring the Remains"
A dinner party that's food for thought

Savoring the Remains

Join us on Saturday, November 16, at 7pm for an exclusive dining experience in Montalvo's historic Villa: Savoring the Remains will delight both taste buds and brain cells, combining a delicious meal with a thought-provoking discussion.

Led by former Culinary Artist-in-Residence Jessica Washburn, a team of professional chefs will explore the gourmet possibilities of commercially nonviable foods gleaned from Bay Area grocery stores and farmers’ markets. Through their various dishes, they will address issues of food waste and challenge our assumptions about the things we eat.

Smace is limited; pull up a chair for a truly unique event! More >>

Dynamic Duo:
Henry & Mudge

Henry & Mudge

Join us on Saturday, November 9, at 11am and 1pm, for our first Family Theatre performance of the fall, Henry and Mudge.

This fun, educational, and heartwarming story of a boy and his best friend (an enormous dog, of course!) is great for elementary school kids and fun for parents, too. The musical production by Theatreworks USA will have you humming along, and books in the Henry and Mudge series by Cynthia Rylant will be available for purchase at the show thanks to our friends at Hicklebee's.

Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for children ($16/$8 for Members). Learn more & purchase tickets >> or call the Box Office at 408-961-5858 10am-4pm Monday-Friday.
